Apostles Youth Club

Our Apostles Youth Club includes students in 5th - 12 grade. Our vision is to see students who grow up in our church become lifelong followers of Jesus, whose faith in Christ remains steadfast as they graduate high school and move into adulthood. We seek to do this, with God’s help, by creating programming for our students with these four goals:

  1. Relational Discipleship

  2. Catechesis Training (intentional teaching of scripture and the faith)

  3. Christian Friendship and Community

  4. Service and Leadership Opportunities

We also believe that Scripture is clear in that parents are the primary disciple-makers in the lives of their children. We hope to partner with parents and families in their pursuit of this mission, coming alongside them in the discipleship process.

In addition to regular fun events and service opportunities, Apostles Youth Club meets for lunch on 1st and 3rd Sundays after church. We eat, have fun together, and then break into our DComms for Bible Study and prayer. DComms stand for Discipleship Communities; they are gender and age-specific small groups led by trusted adult leaders* for deep spiritual conversation and community.

*In accordance with our Apostles Family Ministries Safety & Security Policies, all volunteers must have attended Apostles for a minimum of six months, complete a background check and go through child protection training in order to serve in our youth ministry.
