Associate Rector

Profile

The Associate Rector serves as a senior clergy leader who partners closely with the Rector to provide pastoral oversight, spiritual formation, and strategic leadership for the parish. This role helps translate vision into practice across discipleship, pastoral care, outreach, and staff leadership. The Associate Rector supervises key ministry leaders, equips lay leaders, and contributes to preaching, teaching, and sacramental ministry. This position strengthens the church’s capacity for mature discipleship, organizational health, and mission in the city and beyond.
