Children’s Pastor

The Children’s Pastor leads the spiritual formation of children from birth through fifth grade, partnering with parents to nurture faith rooted in Scripture, prayer, and worship. This role designs age appropriate, Anglican shaped ministry that forms children within the rhythms of the church’s life. The Children’s Pastor recruits and equips volunteers, oversees childcare and safeguarding, and ensures safe and joyful ministry environments. This position also supports outreach to families and helps resource other churches through shared learning and best practices.
